I have had carpet from this company on many occasions through the years and have never had any reason to say anything negative about them. I ordered carpet from them in August with a preferred fitting date in September and once again they fulfilled my needs 100%!! The measuring and order process was seamless and I had my quotation by email the next day. The staff we're great, pleasant and very knowledgeable on initial contact and when I phoned to accept my quote and pay a deposit and my fitting date was booked. Fitting went very smoothly on the day. Friendly and efficient fitting team and the carpet has been put down beautifully. Couldn't be more pleased!! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for flooring. A great company to deal with from start to finish. Definately recommended.
Really happy with the work carried out by Shaun and his team. Screeding floors and laying our flooring was completed quickly and without hassle. Shaun is an energetic worker setting a great example for his staff with a great eye for detail. Lee and Robbie did a wonderful job and were friendly, polite and very clean. Would definitely recommend.
I shouldn’t bother with this company….. Had an appointment booked in for someone to come and quote for artificial grass. No one turned up, when I called about it, I was told, oh he must have been busy and forgot to call you…..totally unacceptable in my opinion, especially as I had someone waiting in all day for them to come. I then asked for another appointment………….still waiting…….don’t deserve custom if this is how they treat customers. Also, need to change the lady who deals with phone calls……attitude stinks!!!!!
