Returned a parcel to the shop to send back to Tu. The shop doesn’t give a receipt and the parcel has been lost. I’ve been going around in circles trying to get a refund. Not the fault of the shop but surely you should get something to say you’ve sent something back. I will get them to write something to prove you’ve dropped something off.
Went in and nearly all the chiller shelves had black mould on the front edges. Absolutely disgusting and no excuse. Poor management. I walked straight back out.
Use these lovely people all the time with deliveroo, however ,I called 27 times today wanting to log a concern regarding a delivery guy, and never once got an answer. As this may of been a safety concern, very disappointing.
