I just bought a car off Martyn and I am super happy with the experience. The car is awesome. They ensured that I received the car in a great condition, making sure to fix all the deficiencies that got picked up in their pre-sale inspection, including tyres and brakes. The car was serviced and MOT’d with additional valeting for the day of collection. I recommend their services highly and will likely come back again in the future.
Visited Martyns website when searching for a used car(an audi a1) I went to veiw locally to me but to no joy and spec.So I contacted Martyn and I travelled 4hrs in the confidence the advertisement and walk around video of the audi a1.Martyn went above and beyond with this used car and in my opinion did things to the car which I wouldn't of known. Eg new battery. Fully refurbished wheels. Even key fob batteries.Even rear wiper motor as made a slight noise.when arrived was greeted with a non pushy veiw around car and a coffee. The audi was prepped very nicely.Hand shake and a 200 odd mile drive back home. Highly recommend Martyn Reading cars
Martyn has been exceptionally helpful in purchasing the car I have just bought. Nothing was too much trouble. The car i purchased is in very good condition and he carried out work to ensure that there were no advisories on the MOT. I don’t live locally to Carlisle, and Martyn made the effort to keep me updated regularly about rhe progress of the sale and getting the car ready for collection. When I went to collect the car, it was prepped and ready to go so that I could drive it home with the minimum of waiting time and fuss as I had travelled some distance to pick the car up. Overall, the service I have received was excellent, Martyn is a friendly and genuinely nice guy who helped me at a time where I needed to purchase a car quickly. I’m grateful for the service and support I received. The car is running great and thank you for all your help.
