We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Appletons. We phoned first thing on a Saturday morning as we urgently needed our Focus fixed (it had broken down late the previous evening). Not only were they able to fit us in, they did a diagnostic test, found the problem, got the part and fixed it all on the same day and within a couple of hours. The staff we dealt with were friendly and gave excellent service and the price was very reasonable indeed. We are extremely grateful and can't recommend Appletons highly enough. We will certainly use them again if required when we're in Carlisle!
Best garage in Cumbria! Service, courtesy, knowledge and efficiency is second to none! Have been taking my car there for some time now and they always try to fit you in even at short notice, always go the extra mile and quotes and prices are more than fair ! Wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else!
I'd just moved to Carlisle when my Fiat 500 required immediate repairs. Thankfully, I took a punt on Appletons of Carlisle...because they are amazing!! They managed to fit me in at short notice (even though they were extremely busy), the repair was completed quickly and professionally and the final cost was less than initially quoted. Every staff member I dealt with was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I cannot fault this garage and they will be my go-to from now on. Keep up the great work!
