I’ve lost count of how many vehicles Martin has serviced for me & I do believe I was his very 1st customer. If asked I always recommend Ms Auto’s for services & repair work.
Today we were driving down from Glasgow to the Lake District when disaster struck and the car developed a misfire, with the engine light showing. We limped to this nearest garage around closing time, asking for assistance. The mechanic (Martin?) was very friendly, helpful and kind, stopping his work to help us out. He correctly diagnosed a coilpack failure, telling me the exact cylinder and where I could source a new one so late in the day (after first checking his own stocks). Thanks to his kindness and accurate diagnosis, we managed a source a part and my pregnant partner and I reached our hotel safely, now able to continue our holiday. He really saved our bacon today and we are very grateful for his critical assistance.
Martin is a superb mechanic. Always takes the time to explain any issues in laymans terms. Good honest advice from a true professional. Have recommended to numerous friends and never been let down.
