I never knew a carwash can be done so badly until I experienced this service - if you're reading this you have been warned before wasting your money. Left our car for an in and out wash, was told it will take 40 minutes so we left for a coffee. Came back giving an extra 30mins as we saw it was quite busy, we ended up waiting another 15mins before the inside got done as they started in this literally after we returned, after what I told the attendant we need to go as we're late and that I'll pay for what was already done. He started arguing with me and refusing to give me the car keys back or even getting out of the vehicle, I had to get the manager who also initially refused to listen and tried forcing us to wait another 20mins before we'd get to do the exterior wash. My wife had to exclaim she's pregnant and tired for our car keys to be handed over. I was requested to pay £40 out of the total fee (£45) what seemed quite steep considering a half of the service was done which I've paid to avoid further arguments. After cooling off and entering the car we noticed how poor of a job was completed with the interior clean. Not much attention paid to detail, detail not wiped properly and visible marks left. Felt almost as if I've been punched in the face after registering how much I paid for this level of service. Had a much better experience pretty much anywhere else I went for a far more considerable fee even in London areas compared to this joke of a service.
The car was not clean once put through the wash. Talked to the attendant and called his boss and told me I need to email customer service but offer no wash to fix the problem and gave me an attitude because I just wanted the car clean. Said there was nothing he could do. Complete crap!!! I gave it 1 stars because you can’t give it 0 stars
Attendant was rude snd raising his voice to customers. He was only interested in getting cars through as quick as possible although there was no one waiting behind me. Prewash was rushed xnd not done properly. £12 and i had to finish it myself at home. Will not return here
