Awful! I paid 10 pounds for the ultimate wash, and the washing machine didn't go past the cleaning step and asked me to drive out. Didn't go through the washing, wax or drying steps. My car is absolutely disgusting and this was money literally washed off the drain. I demand a full refund. See pictures of the car after it was "washed".
I’m very disappointed with the service. There is no pre-wash stage anymore, and during the last two washes I attended the soap solution was applied directly onto the dirt without any proper pre-rinse. This is not good practice and defeats the purpose of a proper wash, as the dirt should be loosened first to avoid scratching the vehicle. To make matters worse, there is nobody available to speak to or contact on site when issues like this occur. Overall, it has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
Don’t use this car wash if your car is dirty! It’s ok for a spruce up but it does not remove dirt, even with the most expensive option. I gave it the benefit of the doubt after an experience soon after it opened but having used it again I have decided never again!
