Advertised as hand wash, paid for wash and wax £15 on my small van. Asked if definitely hand wash, told yes, drove in and then proceeded to drag a brush all over the van which I do not appreciate. It's a personal family van, not a commercial workhorse, and no wax as £15 is apparently just for a wash on vans. The price board should be updated if that's the case!
