Big shout out to Lauren who is brilliant on the service desk and the service manager (whose name I have forgotten.- sorry!). He’s brilliant too along with his team who worked on my car as well.
Very pleased with our visit to Halfords Auto centre in Carlisle. Lauren on reception is an asset to the team friendly and efficient. Honestly can’t recommend Halfords enough. They’ve been amazing with me, especially around my brake health. Always honest, really helpful, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The women on reception are just gorgeous, friendly, fun and full of good crack and the guys in the garage are cool, knowledgeable and happy to explain things without any jargon or pressure. It’s just such a nice experience all round. You actually feel listened to and looked after, which isn’t always the case with cars! A real breath of fresh air!
