I have used Ian for my accounts for over 23 years having been recommended by my parents who also used him (and his father before him) for decades. Always had fantastic service, lovely friendly staff in the office who answer all my queries quickly and are really helpful. Great value for peace of mind and really knows his stuff.
They've had my accounts 6 weeks and not started on them. I've now called 3 times to complain as I needed them done for tomorrow and they've had plenty of time. They haven't started and I've been told that if I'm not happy I should take my accounts somewhere else.... Utterly appalling service. I certainly wouldn't recommend them. So no stars from me...
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They get back to me pretty quickly with everything and provide a good service for a good price. They're nice to deal with as well which counts for a lot these days.
