Completely brilliant. Full gym membership, small group training classes, and the swimming pool, all for £300 per year. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, modern equipment, clean and smart facilities, excellent coffee, and parking included (or a nice riverside walk to access).
nice clean spacious gym, with techno gym equipment, a reasonable selection of plate loaded equipment, and pin loaded equipment, good amount of benches and dumbbells, squat rack, cable machines, modern cardio equipment. Also good selection of classes, pool and squat courts.
Absolutely FAB place group we saw was called 'Money For Nothing ' they really were fantastic. The stage and seating area are a great size, seats comfy. Light and sound effects were out of this world. Can't wait to go back there.
