Brilliant service, right next to Carlisle Station. Staff helped with online booking. Only downside was the fees on top of the charge. Would definitely use again though.
Needed a place to leave heavy bags so we could walk to the cathedral while waiting 2 hrs between car rental return and train. No lockers at train station. We were directed here. It's a pain to have to do everything when an app! But, fortunately the woman at the hotel desk was helpful. A bit pricey for 70 minutes of storage... but no admission for the cathedral. Just a donation. About 13 GBP for 2 suitcases. PS we could have used it until 5pm at this price.
All great. Be nice if you could book for just a few hours rather than 24 but no gripes other than that
