Decided to get a second key for a recently purchased car. I was killing time due to the unfortunate incident that had closed the M6, North of Carlisle. Kira was very helpful and a total professional. The stall was quite busy, and issues with my car and new key didn't help. It didn't phase her at all...she took everything in her stride, being both polite and tenacious to the last. She eventually managed to craft a key that would open the door, and, start the car (in between dealing with other customers, which I didn't mind at all). I admire her worth ethic and determination to carry out all tasks presented to her, always with a smile, and no hint of frustration. Well done Kira. Eric, white Chevy Captiva LTZ.
