We had two keys cut. The diameter of the new keys is to large for the mortice lock by .25mm. The keys were re-cut with the same result. Locksmith offered a refund and said the size I wanted didn't exist. Obviously it does! The original keys work. Not happy with his attitude or the way my measurements were dismissed as being wrong
Took a watch to ask about a repair ,said will have to send it away ,cost £285,,took it elsewhere and was charged £10 ,,make your own minds up ,
