A fun and quirky spot in the heart of Carlisle! 🍸 We stopped by Open Mind for a gin cocktail and loved the unique atmosphere – especially the wings hanging from the ceiling, which make you feel like you might just take off after a drink or two 🪽😄 Friendly staff, relaxing vibe, and creative decor. Great place. Good for snack foods but kitchen limitations mean they can't cook fried foods. The staff are lovely, and looked after us well.
Best bar in Carlisle. Staff are the loveliest people. Owner is pleased to see you everytime you grace the door. They do coffee until late aswell as cocktails and beers etc. All the best people go here. Not really an eatery. More a Bar and Liubge that does a little food too but what they do is grand. 1 negative. No WiFi but I always get signal to hot-spot from my phone.
