Ordered on Uber eats and immediately went from excitement for the order to pure shock. The quality of the food is absolutely diabolical. The chips were soggy, topped with something hard and inedible on top with the most microscopic dollop of sauce on about three chips. The food also came cold and the burger was extremely hard and dry to the point that trying it hurt my tooth. It also had no sauce and only two small pickle slices with poor quality vegan cheese. I asked for the vegetarian version as well and I got the vegan version. The food is nothing like the pictures shown at all. I’m disappointed to say it is honestly the worst Uber order I’ve ever received and I have opened up a dispute. I’m writing this review to also hopefully reach out and make a point that I would like to be refunded for my order and that the quality of the food from this place, or any place should never ever be this horrendous. Especially for vegetarians and vegans and food should be both good quality and accessible. I also could not believe that there was not a single vegan or vegetarian burger available in the order meal deal. Unfortunately I cannot even eat my order and I am left over £30 down with nothing to eat.

This place has really gone downhill recently as far as online delivery is concerned. Several times recently I’ve ordered through UberEats and Deliveroo and I’ve waited nearly 2.5 hrs for the food to arrive, and it’s cold and thrown together when it does finally turn up. Constant frustration of seeing delivery drivers assigned and arrive at the restaurant only to then leave because the food is not ready. You’re left wondering why they can’t give a realistic estimate of how long the order will be instead of wasting everyone’s time. It must be very frustrating if you are the rider in that scenario, I can imagine a lot of them just steer clear of this place altogether which might be part of the problem. No way to make contact - as others have indicated, the mobile number provided through Deliveroo/UberEats doesn’t even ring and Lane 7 can’t help you so no idea why their number is listed on Google. I totally appreciate that it is likely a busy venue, particularly on weekends when I’m typically ordering. And I expect to have a longer wait at those times but it doesn’t excuse these repeated issues, especially given the prices. I really think this place needs to get its act together. Credit to Deliveroo who have ultimately taken responsibility for putting things right following my most recent issue with this restaurant. I was a regular customer and for the most part really like their food when they get it right (and it doesn’t arrive freezing cold..) I won’t be bothering again.

The loaded fries are amazing, and their tenders are also magical! I highly recommend the blue cheese sauce 🤩🤩🤩
