After stupidly trying to replace my own battery, I had broken my watch stem at the crown. I took my watch to Timpsons at Sainsbury's hoping for a fix and wasn't disappointed. I was told I'd need a new crown as well as the stem. Kriz did a fantastic job, replaced the stem, sourced a genuine new Michael Kors crown, fitted a new battery and pressure tested my watch to boot. Good as new and Very affordable too for all the work in involved. Would highly recommend!
