Our first ever time visiting in Carlisle and visiting Primark. I really loved as a disabled person that you could get around and people are kind to reach out and help you. I found everything I was looking for. We went to the checkout where you could self scan and the staff member was a really, really helpful lovely lady she went so above and beyond to help us and was super friendly (7/10/25) she was a diamond 💎 and helped us with everything to even what bag size we'd like (we've never had that anywhere before) she was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend going here and we will definitely be returning ourselves. Thank you Primark 🩷 It's wheelchair accessible
Had everything I needed at a low price, the store was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. There is an escalator or lift to the second floor, fitting rooms are available and there's lots of bargains.
Went in to browse I was looking at what was new in the beauty section and two “mangers” were stood talking in my way i said excuse me and they didn’t even bother too turn around I just think it’s rude your clearly meant to be in charge and your stood talking while the staff run about like one one’s business and this isn’t the first time it’s usually the women but in this incident it was two men I just think it’s appalling the way they act. I think primark need to re think who they leave in charge and drop the prices it’s a joke the amount you pay for cheap tat.
