Wow avoid this store !!! 3.5 stars when I looked it up I should of checked before buying from this store I have an event on 3 days from this date…I required boots for said event CHO FASHION clearly an amateur store who mis sells items (marketing done by who knows) has OLD STOCK listed STILL!! see pictures, so will referring to advertising watchdog ASA and raising a complaint, with them.. moreover spoke to a rude customer care manager Edward who was not interested in the mis-sold item or the inconvenience caused and was like send it back you will get a refund (who knows when) judging by the previous posts on here.. not quickly I said what are you going to do about the inconvenience caused? not interested wanted to argue and become rude on the call clearly needs customer care training. I would save your money and go to a proper store that knows how to market a genuine item. Who look after their customers not these micky mouse back ally places, another lesson learnt and another tip off to the regulator.
I ordered a jumper from CHO and Royal Mail refused to deliver the parcel so it got sent back to the store. The staff at CHO were so helpful and sent it back out straight away and ensured my item was delivered to me. It got sent to London, then back to wales and back to London again in a week - talk about speedy delivery! Amazing and great quality items - thanks very much!
Brought my husband a Hugo jumper from this store online as the local stores only had navy, he wanted black. Ordered online no issues, arrived two days after ordered. Very impressive. Jumper is very good quality, heavy and fits perfectly which you would expect from a designer brand. Thanks again.
