I am getting married soon and I arranged an appointment for my mother on law they were absolutely lovely on the phone and explained there is no obligation to buy anything if we don't find anything during the appointment... My mother in law to be and I attended and my MIL was rather nervous and was panicked she wouldn't find the right dress in time... Staff Sue and Sharon were extremely kind, patient and bent over backwards to ensure we felt comfortable and we must have picked up 20 dresses and we eventually found the perfect dress and it is beautiful, my mother in law is over the moon and is extremely excited for the wedding day. Sue and Sharon were absolutely amazing and are experts on what will look good. Equally Sue and Sharon were extremely kind, understanding and made mine and my mother in Laws experience absolutely lovely. My mother in law has not stopped smiling...Our appointment was 4 days ago 🤣 thank you so much i would recommend Genevieve for the best experience ever!
I took my mother and mother in law for dress shopping and it was a great experience. Sue was excellent, she made us feel very relaxed during our time.
