I have had various projects completed by World Group and have used these guys over a 10 year period. They have completely renovated my 150 year old cottage. New kitchen, bathrooms, staircase, bespoke fitted wardrobes, re-roofed and windows & Doors replaced. My old cottage hasn't a straight wall and was challenging to say the least. I needed to maximise storage and use every nook and cranny, not an inch went to waste. The workmanship is outstanding. I appreciate they listen and involved me in every aspect of the planning and work. I've also used them on my second property replacing windows and doors.and won't hesitate to use them when the refurbishment project starts there too. Excellent quality, friendly service and competitive pricing.
This company left our garden looking like a derelict site and completely inaccessible for my wheelchair user husband, for more than 18 months. They disputed that they owed us a refund on uncompleted work for which we had had to pay an over £10,000 deposit and now, having agreed a refund of around £3000 they are withholding it. We are having to persue them via legal means now, which is very costly and time-consuming. I would strongly discourage anyone from using them as they are untrustworthy and dishonest.
I never knew I could get excited by a new door, but here I am! Window Group were excellent from start to finish. I needed help to decide on style and colour, and their expertise reassured me. It was a quick process from making the decisions to having the surveyor measure up and then the installation. Everyone was professional, and I felt like I was in good hands. Would highly recommend.
