A very surprising venue for a meal, considering its a beefeater attached to a premier inn. This just shows you don't tar everything with the same brush. A warm welcome, excellent table service throughout and a good meal all for a reasonable price. Definitely will return.
Dinner was nice, staff were friendly and soundings were ok. Slightly worn/dirty in places. Breakfast was nice, hot with a great selection. We were first in which helped. I found one of the fireplaces funny, just because it was almost out of place. I guess missing the finishing touches. 🤣 I would recommend if in the area and in need of sustenance!
We had a family birthday, there was 6 adults and 2 children. Meal was lovely, for a Beefeater, everyone enjoyed theirs even the kids. The service was quick but there was some mistakes, which were corrected quickly. Overall it was a great celebration and the kids loved it as well.
