I would humbly like to thank a lady called Joana from J&J Graham from Penrith, mind you there are two Joanas there, the lady that recommended me knows who it is, without her recommendation I would have not heard about this wonderful gem of a place where they serve the most flavorful ice-cream. My personal favorite is Just Jersey. Altough someone recommended me to try their Mississippi Mudpie which I did but I'm afraid that personally speaking is no my cup of tea. Also I would like to thank Pam at this ice cream parlour for taking me pictures with Just Jersey Ice cream and showing me the real Jersey cows, also for sharing the story about the milking process and how we can see all through the screen from inside the shop. I am most definitely going back 😋
