First visit today. I needed some vegan ingredients for a dessert I am making. Both members of staff were fantastic and helped me find everything I needed. I will definitely visit again.
My sister and I are up visiting from Newcastle and popped in to grab some shampoo, the prices were very reasonable and the shop was set out extremely well. Everything was well displayed and easy to browse but the standout was Eleanor - she was wonderfully helpful, cheery and very knowledgeable about the products, helping and directing us to the wide selection of vegan sweets and treats. It's a pleasure to meet someone as customer focused and happy in their job! Really great shopping experience, A+++
I've been in a couple of Grape Tree shops before but this one is easily the best one I've visited. It was impeccably clean, tidy and well stocked. Eleanor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and gave great recommendations, absolute top tier service. Highly recommend!
