Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The nail varnish began peeling almost immediately, despite coming in with long nails, no one even offered to cut them down. Basic service, apparently, is not an option. I live out of town, I returned every day for three days for three different nails for repairs because the polish kept lifting and peeling off. Each visit felt like an inconvenience to them, even though the work was clearly faulty. After a week my nails were in a worse condition than when I started, badly perked, damaged and uneven. I had not done anything to cause damage. Only showered everyday. What really topped it off not once did they apologise, it may not be in their culture to apologise but no accountability, no concern, no customer care whatsoever. Just rushed fixes and indifference. Safe your money, your time and your nails. I wish I had.
Sorry to say i have been going for a year . When I got the new young lady . She is useless . My niece got hers done by the same lady hers are lifting off after a week She cant do much in nail art either Sorry to say won't be back. When you pay over £42 pound you expect good nails
Been using qs for over 2 yrs now and had some amazing designs done always look amazing
