Never again. We have been coming here for a few year, we have a holiday home in ullswater and used to enjoy coming for a massage. I’m not sure what’s happened wether it’s new management or staff but twice they have ‘not had our booking’ the lady answering the phone to make bookings speaks very little English so it’s a total nightmare trying to get booked in now. I called on Thursday to make a booking for Saturday for my husband and when he arrived it hadn’t been booked. That’s 3 times it’s happened now. Even once we had to wait for a staff member coming from Carlisle !! The place now smells damp and when we have been able to get in we’ve not enjoyed it…There is a new one round the corner we will now take our business there.
Went for a joint massage with hubby and he went for medium Thai massage and me, the hard (think they called it strong) One of the best massages hubby ever had. Mine was painful in parts but that's what I asked for to try and get rid of some much tension and many of the knots. Previous reviews said well oiled, ready for a BBQ 😂 definitely lots of oil used. The ladies were very nice and we loved our massages. These slippery well oiled fish are now off for a swim in the river, before hot tub 👍
Great Thai Massage we had. Relaxing, with great pressure. Not the most "beautiful looking" spa, but the service and treatment was great. Would love if they do Manicures and Pedicures as an extra service.
