I lived in Carlisle whilst doing nursing training and in 1993 whilst on my District Nurse placement found The Toffee Shop, in Penrith. So for 37 yrs i can say this Toffee and Fudge is the best I have ever tasted. It's so good I have travelled from Central Scotland to Penrith to get this toffee and fudge. I have also been giving it at presents to family and friend who all say same thing."Never tasted anything like that, the fudge and mixed toffee were delicious". I just wish they would consider finding a place in Scotland to sell the toffee and fudge.
Ordered fudge and toffees from this wonderful shop to give as presents at Christmas. My partner used to visit Penrith with family as a youngster and on a recent trip there for a family funeral we decided to treat ourselves. The fudge didn’t last the drive home so we needed to order more. The whole process was quick and easy and within 3 days our order was delivered. Many thanks and I’m positive I’ll be ordering a lot more of the delicious fudge in future (and I expect my family/friends will too after trying them)
