His attitude throughout the journey was not only unprofessional but also dismissive, culminating in a response that epitomised the lackluster service: 'Don’t worry, I wasn’t rushing anyways'—this after I had resigned myself to missing my train due to his delay in driving. This experience wasn't just about poor time management; it was a glaring example of unacceptable customer service, leaving me uncomfortable and questioning the reliability of this service. Highly unrecommended for anyone under time-sensitive constraints.
