I am Josmy George. I had a bad experience with the Penrith store. I purchased a iPhone 15 pro max from the vodaphone store in penrith.I told them to port the sim with my previous number also the sim is still in active it’s been 2 weeks now. But still the problem is not solved. Last couple of days I been there and talk with the customer service agent but they are saying that they send mail to somebody else. Moreover, I am not able to use the phone.Its been 2 weeks now. I am not recommending this store to anybody else and the customer service also really bad.
