I went into sands shop for a birthday present for my mum. I couldn’t decide what to get as there is such a lovely selection of things in the shop. A very friendly staff member named Sara asked if I needed any help and was very helpful indeed. She was patient and took the time to help me choose the Perfect gift! I love this shop as it is but friendly and helpful staff make it even better :)
I recently called into sands cookware shop for a few items. Melanie was very helpful and friendly. She told me about the difference in the pans and helped me choose which suited my needs most. She certainly an asset to the business. I have recommended her and the shop to my friends.
When we heard that the winter droving had been cancelled we decided to visit Penrith anyways and support the local businesses on what should have a been one of their busiest weekends of the year. Sands was the stand out shop of the town which seems to have moved with the times and felt very current. It had so many different areas/services from kitchenware, jewelley, gifts and even ear piercing. A lovely lady ( i think she was called Sarah/Sara?) helped me find some presents, she recommended perfumes that she had tried and hair accessories that she had also bought. You could tell from her enthusiasm that she loved her job! So thank you again for your fantastic service- will most definitely return!
