Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service and terrible recycling service. We ordered a cooker, added on with the recycling service. I chose a set day, waited in. Called them. Got cut off. Finally got through on Facebook to be told their was a logistics problem with the delivery. I then ordered a table and chairs, that came just fine and I asked the drivers why my cooker never came the previous Saturday, they joked saying that they were at a stag do the night before and that the van was off. (Logistical problem they called it) but whatever, I had a new day my cooker was arriving. Once here the man couldnt take my other cooker, it had to be disconnected by a professional, lucky my partner is a plumber, grand. We disconnected, thet said they would be back and it was no problem. Spoke to them on Facebook, they said the recycling service was on a separate order so they could no longer do it, I asked what they meant, sent screenshot proof but they said they couldn't do it. Then another man came online saying he could do it and it had been rescheduled. So I waited in again to recieve a call saying they wouldn't be here due to the van being too full, I told him my frustration and upset at the whole thing and he apologised and booked a redelivery for today. What happens ? You guessed. No one turned up, I tried to call and ask why, apparently cancelled. No reason. Just cancelled and I will recieve a refund. I then spoke to someone on Facebook who said they dont take range cookers away, which was a lie because the delivery driver said himself they do, he seen the appliance. Why would they rebook and rebook if they knew this all along. Ridiculous. They offered me a 20 pound voucher. I wont ever shop here again. Ill take my money else where. No one knows what they are talking about.
Simple problem - my phone was old. Pati guided me to a very reasonably priced phone, which they had in stock. Paid for, and away. Only I am a gentleman of a certain age (Old codger), and had to come back for help. Pati is a tech-sorceress. Cheers!
