I've been in the store today to get some birthday bits and bobs last minute.I was kindly greeted and helped by Georgia. She had a smile on her face and was bubbly and polite. Got me sorted with balloons. Banner and a party cannon. Thanks again Georgia
I visited the Penrith store today and was served by the most bubbly and lovely staff member Georgia, she went out of her way to show me all the card options. Nice to walk in to a shop and be greeted with a smile!
We have had only excellent customer service from card factory at Penrith. Shirley the manager is extremely helpful and courteous.
