No end of issues when ordering bathroom items via their showroom, Ellie was always happy to help however I believe the service I received was subpar and will not be returning. If I was not renovating myself and was using a contractor their ineptitude could have resulted in significant cost increase caused by delays. The parts all arrived on time 3 days before the job was to commence, I swiftly identified the shower tray had an incorrect waste hole and was not the correct variation. I highlighted this and the correct replacement was ordered. Additionally the basin top had not been delivered, no offer of delivery was offered until the following week luckily a friend of mine was able to pick the unit up. Being a significant size I fail to see how this did not make it onto the lorry originally. Frankly it's unacceptable when paid a significant sum of money; to rely on the customer to facilitate collections and delivery particularly when the delivery date has already been surpassed. The replacement tray did not arrive until 2 full days after the job had commenced causing significant delays. I had to pester to ask for this delivery date as they believed it to be reasonable to deliver on the 3rd day a whole 5 working days after the parts were guaranteed to arrive. The tray arrived significantly scratched and damaged. Unfortunately at this point I could no longer delay it's fitting as I had taken time off work and had contractors under employment helping me with the renovations. I was told not to attempt to repair the tray as this could hinder recieving compensation. The scratched and damaged tray was fitted ruining the appeal of a new shiny bathroom and ultimately spoiling my outlook on the project as a whole. No compensation was offered despite the initial delay being their fault and the lack of checking at the depot also contributing. I had to repeatedly pester to see how the bathroom team at JT were getting on with potential compensation from suppliers. After a month from the completion of the bathroom I was informed no compensation would be issued. If you are planning on using them for a renovation be assured that the guarantees and delivery dates may not be genuine. Allow significant time between delivery and work commencing and inspect all delivered components thoroughly. Ellie was really helpful throughout the process however I simply cannot recommend the services they provide as a company. Use victoria plumbing which offers competitive pricings and most importantly guarantees of quality which they can/will backup.

Firstly, I cannot rate this highly enough as there are only five stars available. If there were more I would add them. I recently received a new (mirrored) bathroom cabinet for a refit that contractors were doing for me. When the unit arrived I removed it from the box and checked all of the mirrors to make sure it was intact. It was fine. I put it back in the box and left it alone for almost 4 weeks until the job was nearly completed. Hanging the unit was one of the last jobs. When the fitter removed it from the box it was still fine and when it was hung up it was still fine. The double doors were still factory taped shut at this point. When he opened the doors there were two internal mirrors (that I didn't realise were there were broken). I assumed at this point I would be liable for the damaged here, even if it had been caused in transit simply because I had not checked it fully at the time. However, the guys at customer service were absolutely brilliant. They understood the issue, liaised with the manufacture on my behalf and had a new unit sent to me after a full quality check on their side before dispatch. It arrived safely and the job was completed without the need to call my contractor back for an extra visit. Can't thank Vickie and James enough for their help.

J T Atkinson products are excellent and it's easy to find and use on a daily basis. My only concern is miserable counter staff. Most don't see happiness as part of their employment duties. The rest of the world has moved on from 1950's and you get a warm welcome at other trade outlets. Close staff that want to try to please and not staff that resemble sad prison inmates.
