We have just purchased a beautiful kitchen from Howdens. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We received excellent advice from Tom, who came to our home to take dimensions. He was professional courteous and patient. Looking forward to seeing our kitchen fitted by a local joiner Johnny who has 5 star rating and excellent reviews.
Hugely disappointed with the lack of professionalism following a recent measurement appointment for first draft drawings. Drawings were pulled together quickly, but before I had had opportunity to review and contact the designer, they had already been in touch with my joiner, without my consent, telling them that they had a meeting scheduled in to finalise the drawings (which they hadn't) and requesting access to the joiners account. Result - sale lost, i'll go elsewhere thanks!
