Very helpful - sorted out a problem with an engine warning light in minutes. Very grateful and impressed.
We broke down on our way to our holiday in the Lake District. Phoned numerous garages who all said they were too busy to help (even one that was across the road to where we had broken down). Phoned up and they said to bring the car down and the problem was sorted straight away. Although they were fully booked, the chap thought it might be a quick fix and was able to fix it on the spot. Couldn't be more grateful!
