Unfortunately we found them very difficult to work with. We had to do everything the way they wanted and that was that, there was no flexibility. The leads were often low quality, low value and when we got there the conversation was different to how we had been instructed. However, this was apparently our fault. Wanted to find a way to learn and move forward, but they weren't interested.
