This company is a total scam! I never parked or used any of their car parks, yet they sent me a penalty letter out of nowhere. When I searched about this company, I found so many people facing the same issue — getting fake fines without even visiting the place. This needs to be investigated properly! Can anyone tell me how we can stop or resolve this kind of scam?
No Pay and Display sign, only "no stopping" sign without any red lines, No road markings, no visible signs especially at night, no signs of " Have you paid and displayed" no signs to "ticket machine". Out of office times, after 9pm for few minutes, yet they sent me a letter which says " That I haven't paid and displayed". Therefore I must pay them £100, but if I pay it 14 days £60 . You are not interested in customers for car park. That's not a pay and display car park. If you want to stop people parking at your space, put a barrier. And you are OBVIOUSLY one of the most hated company in Penrith.
I stopped on the roadside (not in any marked parking bays), with the engine running with my wife and children in the vehicle on a bank holiday Monday, next to MFU Penrith. I received a parking fine, for failing to enter my details into MFU reception (even if I wished to do this, it wasn’t possible due to been closed), from Iparkservices. This was appealed by me but was rejected without reason and now I’ve got £160 fine. NFU Penrith, you should be ashamed of yourself and need to take some ownership of your parking management company. NFU are in the wrong here and the parking company are just robbing people! I can not and will not be using NFU for any of my future needs.
