This gym is super clean and tidy, a huge selection of machines as well as strongman equipment. A great vibe and fair prices. You can just turn up and get a day pass and train for £7 for the day.
Great local gym that does pay as you fo for visitors, just £6 for a visit. Vast selection of machines and a few unusual ones I hadn't seen before. Reception very friendly and .could take payment on the day not just via the website. I visited at 5.45pm and on leaving just before 7pm reception was still staffed. Small shop selling protein drinks, energy drinks etc... The door front was not open so I had to wait till someone turned up who had the code, other users friendly. Mix of people training , male and female, committed trainers and more casual people. Decent range of cardio, bikes and step and rowing, and treadmills but mostly weights If your passing through, you can't go wrong here
A friend and I dropped in on day passes £7, reasonable). The chap on reception was super friendly, got us to complete a questionnaire and gave us a tour. The place has loads of space. Top quality machines loads of racks, a separate room for functional. The place was spotless and had a good vibe.
