We signed up with Jack through local gym three weeks ago and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. I’m new to everything weights related and he took all the anxiety out of the free weights section. I’ve gone from someone who kept to machines because it was “safe” to absolutely loving lifting free weights! Jack also helped my husband make sure he was training in the correct way around a knee issue. He’s friendly, kind and approachable, and his attitude towards life working around training is really helpful, we know if we have to miss a session because of life we’re not going to be made to feel guilty, which is a massive plus for us. The training plan he’s put together for us is challenging and pushes us, but doesn’t go over the top - it’s feeling like it’s working already! Looking forward to working with him for a good while! I started to go to the gym to put weight on, Jack listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me a programme based on that. In 8 weeks I've managed to put on 6kg, which I'm really happy with and it's muscle! It's all thanks to Jack. Ive been pushed to my limit and I'm noticing a difference in my muscle tone. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing this programme, so much so, I've started it again.
