I found this place very well layed out .the facilties very good. My grandson played here for Bolton wonders against Carlisle United under 11s.
Great open space for free exercise although we was there for the Saturday parkrun (which is also free). Plenty of tarmac parking. The building was open for toilets too. Warning no dogs on the playing fields, makse sense as they are football pitches.
Excellent playing field facilities. Plus a really good jogging circuit used for Parkrun. Dog free so kids and adults can play in safety. But sad to see occasional dog walkers flouting the many "No dogs" signs.
