Really helpful staff and approachable.he listen and packed ordered accordingly but I only have one issue that chicken legs had more fat and wasn't clean . I got home and spend bit time to clean each piece. He packed that too quick there that i couldn't see .

Went in yesterday for chicken breast which was labelled as £6.50 for 1kg. Charged £7.50 so assumed it was a little over the 1kg, no problem, get home and it weighs as 700g! I take it back and they put a little more in but refuse to weigh it in front of me and say the other weight lost is from “cleaning”. It’s chicken breast, what weight is coming off of that?? Con artists, and judging by the reviews I am not the first person they have done this to.
