Called in looking for some new walking shoes. Initially assisted by staff member Della, who was very friendly. In conversation, we were joined by Claire and between them, we selected a suitable shoe. Thank you both for your assistance.
Lisa was incredibly helpful when I collected my online order which had arrived in a poorly packed condition. The box was not taped shut so Lisa allowed me to unpack and check my order in store, loned me her pen, and gave us 2 carrier bags to help carry my order back to the car. Very professional friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store
Don’t usually leave reviews but the lady who served me (Della) couldn’t have been more helpful with helping me choose the right water proof jacket. I was clueless with all the different ones and she advised me on all the pros and cons of each. Very happy with my new purchase and nice to shop somewhere with great customer service
