My wife bought an item as a gift from this lovely store while we were on holiday. Unfortunately it was the wrong size - and the flagship Benetton store on Oxford Street in London refused to entertain an exchange, driving my wife to tears with their utterly poor attitude. On ringing the Penrith store to ask advice, they went way beyond the extra mile in sending an exchange which arrived the very next day and trusted us to post back the original. An amazing example of kindness and dedication to customer service from the team in Penrith. Thank you for putting a smile back on my wife’s face.
