Customer Reviews
Great food and a really lovely place to spend time. The menu is lovely and everything we ate was done really well. The deli is brilliant too, with lots of tempting bits to take home. What really makes it stand out is how family-friendly it is — the children loved the activities, especially the indoor play area, which made the whole visit relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.
Great place for families, plenty of food choice a lot to see and experience, make your own pottery, art work etc. Local craft and Art work items to buy.
Went to rheged yesterday, with my wife,on Tuesday 17thFeb , went specifically to watch Wuthering hights on their cinema screen, served by a pleasant young lady, in her early twenties, who was very friendly and helpful, showing us seating options and helped book and pay for the tickets, then the whole experience changed when we tried to purchase food at the nearby counter,5 meters along, a more mature, 50ish female was there working but clearly it was an inconveniencefor her to process our payment, not a pleasant word or smile, just a frown and condescending glance, follwed by instructions to "sit found the corner if we want "if I hadn't already purchased the cinema tickets I would of got back in my car and went home.lady take a leaf out the youngsters book and give service with a smile, if you don't want to be pleasant to your customers get a different job.In two minds if I'll return.
