Not open when days it is. Made way especially ti collect winnings from grand national. Wasted journey. Staff sat inside waving away saying closed at 7.30pn when clearly states o. Door and website open u til 9pm. Absolutely shambles. Will never use again🤬😡
Only bookies i use is betfred staff very good in and friendly in penrith one complaint toilets not openend surely your staff have ppe to clean cafes and pubs and local toilets are open so why arnt yours open its a bit much when im spending money in your shop and have to go to the public toilets up the road so please open them
