I always go to the Penrith store as Lee is always so helpful and does such a great job. He is so patient and provides the very best service. From mending my daughter’s first school shoes 25 years ago, putting batteries into our watches and car keys to cutting the keys for the houses we have made our home, Lee has always been there to provide the very best service. This last visit was for our new puppy’s dog ID tags. Always recommended the Penrith shop.
Excellent service! My boots had very worn down heels and needed new soles too. Lee did an amazing job with them and they now look like new! Friendly and efficient- I would highly recommend.
Lee in Penrith was amazing at getting me a spare car key. It took 3 visits and many attempts to get past the internet dropping and the server for the car copying device going down. Lee literally went the extra mile walking to and from the car to make sure it worked. Thanks Lee.
