I could not recommend this place enough! You walk in and immediately feel the warmth - the staff are lovely, the decor is lovely. They offer games and books - we had a great game of Scrabble. The food looked lovely when it would go past (we didn’t eat) - the pizzas looked large. Provide both alcoholic drinks and hot drinks and they’re dog friendly.
Dropped by here whilst on holiday in the Lakes. We had recently seen a video on instagram which added it to the list for our stay. Stopped by around lunch time and were seated straight away, friendly staff, awesome food. Dog friendly too! Great atmosphere and even better food.
Saw the Superbock on draught so had to go in, only drank it from a bottle before, never seen it on draught. We didn't have food but what we saw other Customers having it looked good especially the pizzas. Full range of ales and wines and spirits, my wife had the mulled wine which was very festive, dog friendly throughout, outside tables if you're feeling brave or a smoker, very helpful staff tucked away from the main street but just look for George Fishers outdoor shop and turn right down the street and you will find it, has live music on some nights as well
