Went here on an evening to buy some bits for dinner and had to use the self checkout, as the blonde short haired woman on the manned till was busy chatting to a local. The self checkout needed assistance and the coop woman was still busy chatting and completely ignored us! My husband had to go and find another colleague to come and sign off at the self checkout till! Very rude of her and quite clearly bad customer experience!
Well stocked Co-op & ideal fur a quick shop as opposed to Booths. Friendly staff. Self scan & manned tills. Clean & tidy.
A shop way behind in time, limited stock, high prices, narrow isles,but the staff seem happy 😊, I will use the supermarket by the bus station in future,Booths seem to be a better bet ,or better still come into the 21st century, let Aldi sort it out ,one positive is it has a cash machine that sometimes works.
