Based on my experience as a Keswick resident ,the triage system causes further delay in appointments with doctors on a face-to-face basis ,then not taken seriously by physiotherapist the issue with lower back pain, reluctance to investigate to find the cause or arrange MRI scan, After many,many months of intense pain , decision paid privately for an MRI which confirmed cause of intense pain ,bulging herniated disc. 10 months of excruciating intense pains now waiting for operation January 2026 , paying privately due to further delays within NHS hospitals. On a positive note ,I would like to say a big thank you to Debbie receptionist for her professionalism & kindness. To Doctors Whittaker ,Hooper,Brigham, Stapleton & Dr Claire Ferris , Thank you.
Excellent experience. The GP listened carefully, discussed my problem and came up with a management plan. I had investigations the same day and the GP contacted me in the evening with the results. Couldn’t have been any better. Many thanks
