I ordered my high prescription mirrored finish sunglass from this place. The elder ladies are well experienced and totally professionals! Any other shop told me its not possible to make with my prescriptions they took their contacts from zeiss directly from Germany and they done it! Even I brought my own oakley frame they didnt complaint but they reglazed as well! Its my fav glass so far! I never goind to regret to give them this job They are the best around its for sure!
Persevered with new varifocal glasses for 6 months, eventually went back with them, as having problems, having used varifocals for years, these were the worst pair I have had. No optician in as they only have one and I could not get an appointment until October. The receptionist (who thought she was very clever), told me I should have brought then in sooner. During the conversation I was basically told it was my fault. All in all the receptionists attitude to a paying customer was not good. Suffice it to say I wont be going back, so I will have to shell for another pair of glass at another opticians.
Amazing, the girls at Kirkbride have always given excellent, friendly service. Since I have poor eye sight I take my eye health quite seriously and I always felt comfortable relying on Kirkbride to keep me right. I got both my glasses and contact lenses from them, the aftercare for both exceeded expectations.
